Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the Musmun website or placing an order. By accessing our website or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Musmun website (musmun.com) or placing an order with us, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and agree to these Terms of Service in full. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Use of Our Website

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not:

  • Use the site in any way that is fraudulent or harmful
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its systems
  • Scrape, copy, or reproduce any content without our written consent
  • Transmit any spam, malicious software, or unsolicited communications

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the website for any user who violates these conditions.

3. Products & Pricing

All products listed on Musmun are authentic and sourced from authorised distributors. We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions, images, and prices. However:

  • Product images are for illustration purposes and colours may vary slightly due to screen settings
  • Prices are displayed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice
  • If a pricing error occurs, we will contact you before processing the order and you will have the option to cancel
  • Product availability is subject to change — we reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue items

4. Orders & Payment

Placing an order on Musmun constitutes an offer to purchase. Your order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation email or message from us.

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard) via Shopify Payments
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) — available across all UAE emirates

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inability to verify payment. If payment has already been taken for a cancelled order, a full refund will be issued.

5. Shipping

We deliver within the UAE only. Orders are typically delivered within 1–3 business days. Delivery is free on orders over AED 150; a flat fee of AED 20 applies to orders below this threshold. For full details, please see our Shipping Information page.

Musmun is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer, or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Returns & Refunds

All returns are subject to inspection. Items that do not meet our return conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Musmun website — including text, images, logos, icons, graphics, and software — is the property of Musmun or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this site without our prior written permission.

Brand names, trademarks, and logos displayed on product listings belong to their respective owners. Musmun is an authorised reseller and does not claim ownership of third-party brand assets.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable UAE law, Musmun shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our website or products, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Our total liability for any claim relating to a product or order shall not exceed the amount paid for that specific order.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or your use of our website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
