Delivery Timeframes
We process all orders within 24 hours of payment confirmation (excluding Fridays and public holidays). Once dispatched, deliveries typically arrive within:

Cash on Delivery (COD)
We accept Cash on Delivery for orders across all UAE emirates. When selecting COD at checkout, please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order.
- COD is available for all order values
- Please have the exact cash amount ready — couriers may not carry change
- Orders not received on the first delivery attempt may be returned to us
- Repeat failed deliveries may result in COD being unavailable for future orders
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp. You can use this to monitor your delivery in real time through our courier's tracking portal.
If you have not received a tracking update within 24 hours of your order confirmation, please contact us.
Missed Deliveries
If our courier is unable to reach you, they will attempt delivery again the following business day. After two failed attempts, your order will be held for collection or returned to our warehouse. Please ensure your contact number and address are correct at checkout to avoid delays.
