Not happy with your order? We'll make it right. Our returns process is simple and hassle-free.
Return Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange within 72 hours of receiving your order, provided the item meets the following conditions:
- The item is unused and in its original condition
- All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact
- The item has not been washed, worn, or altered
- Your return request is submitted within 72 hours of delivery
Returns requested after 72 hours from delivery will not be accepted. Please inspect your order carefully as soon as it arrives.
How to Return an Item

Contact us within 72 hours
Message us on WhatsApp or fill in our contact form. Include your order number and reason for return, along with clear photos if the item is defective or incorrect.

Receive your return authorisation
Our team will review your request and confirm eligibility. We aim to respond within a few hours.

Drop off the item at our Dubai warehouse
Once approved, bring the item to our warehouse in Dubai. The exact address will be shared with you upon return approval. Items must be securely packed in their original packaging.

Receive your refund or exchange
Once we inspect the returned item and confirm it meets return conditions, your refund or exchange will be processed promptly.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we sincerely apologise. In these cases:
- Musmun will cover the return shipping cost
- You will receive a full refund or replacement at no extra charge
- Please photograph the issue and send it to us when contacting support
Change of Mind Returns
If you wish to return an item due to a change of mind (wrong size, colour preference, etc.), the return is still accepted within 72 hours under our standard conditions. However:
- The customer is responsible for bringing the item to our Dubai warehouse
- Musmun does not cover return transportation costs for change-of-mind returns
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method:
- Card payments: Refunded to the original card (may take 3–7 additional business days to appear depending on your bank)
- Cash on Delivery: Refunded via bank transfer or store credit — please provide your bank details when submitting the return request
Exchanges
Want a different size or colour? We're happy to exchange items within the 72-hour return window, subject to stock availability. Follow the same return process and specify the item you'd like instead. If the exchange item is higher in value, you will be asked to pay the difference.
